Everything was excellent—truly a standout experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is perfect: just a short walk or quick metro ride to the city center, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and local charm nearby. Our room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The overall experience was good, and the room service was excellent. However, the spa is extremely overpriced, and the massage quality was terrible. I paid 100 euros for a luxury massage, but ended up receiving a very low-quality treatment. To make matters worse, they actually injured my ankle during the session—I'm still recovering two weeks later. For that price, there are definitely much better massage options out there. I won’t be returning to this spa under any circumstances.
