The hotel is surrounded by convenience: downstairs is the upscale Taikoo Place, and just steps away is a seaside park—ideal for a morning stroll. As for service, it was outstanding. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and attentive—they even helped us secure a room with a stunning view, which I truly appreciated. Every team member we met was courteous, respectful, and spoke fluent Mandarin. Breakfast was another highlight—the soup bowls were generously sized, and the staff kept them filled with fresh, perfectly cooked vegetables. It felt like a personal touch. Staff are warm and attentive, though a few small improvements could elevate the experience further—offering a drink while waiting to check in would be a nice gesture, and unsealing the slippers during turndown service instead of just placing them on the floor would add a more refined touch.
