Staying at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel was an absolute delight. The location couldn’t be better—right on the main strip with a Starbucks and souvenir shops just steps from the door. Walk across the street, and you’re right at the boat tour departure point, plus there’s a duty-free shop and the Rainbow Bridge leading into the U.S. The room was well-equipped with coffee, tea bags, disposable cups, shampoo, and body wash—everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is served at the Fallsview Dining Level from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. I highly recommend arriving early to snag a window seat—eating breakfast while watching the thundering falls is an unforgettable experience. Even though breakfast is included in the rate, there’s a tip option labeled 'Other' at checkout. We left a small gratuity as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, this hotel offers incredible value and convenience—perfect for anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

Even though the hotel has seen a few years, it’s well-maintained with clean, modern touches throughout. The staff were warm and welcoming—always ready to help. My only minor note? The breakfast isn’t something to get excited about. If you’re a fan of eggs, be prepared for pre-made egg mix—nothing fresh or homemade here. Still, the overall experience was excellent, and the views alone make it worth it. For a great stay near the falls with solid value, this place hits the mark.

Best of all, my room had a window facing the Skylon Tower with a clear view of the distant falls—waking up to that natural scenery was pure joy. What can I say? This was an absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. Dragana greeted us warmly upon arrival and personally showed us to our room—so friendly and genuinely helpful. She gave us great tips on the area and local highlights, making it easy to plan our days. Breakfast was prepared exactly when we requested—9 a.m.—and was filling enough to keep us energized all day long. The shower had strong, hot water and there were plenty of towels available. Tea and coffee were stocked in the kitchen, plus there were basic cooking facilities if we wanted to prepare something ourselves. From the house, it’s just a 2-minute walk to the river and about 10 minutes to Clifton Hill and all the main attractions—super close, yet completely peaceful. We didn’t hear any noise from crowds, just the soothing sound of the falls. The location is perfect for exploring while still enjoying quiet relaxation. They even offer airport pickup and drop-off if you ask—huge convenience! Honestly, this stay was flawless. We’re already planning to book again. Thank you so much for such a memorable holiday experience—10/10, without a doubt!

I accidentally left behind a very important item when checking out, and they not only noticed it but sent it back to me with no hassle. Everything was intact, which truly blew me away. The location is also excellent—just steps from the falls and super easy to get around. Would absolutely stay here again.
