Staying at Raffles Shenzhen was an absolute highlight of my trip to Shenzhen. On top of that, the service from Sylvia stood out—she was attentive, friendly, and responded to every request promptly. From the view to the food to the staff, everything felt premium and thoughtfully curated. The minibar in the room was well-stocked with a great variety of soft drinks, and the afternoon happy hour offered delicious bites with beautifully presented plating that added to the overall vibe. After returning from dinner, I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bedtime drink thoughtfully left by Florence—such a small gesture, but it truly made the stay special. Her kindness and professionalism stood out throughout my visit. This is not just a place to stay; it’s an experience worth repeating.
