Staying at this apartment was an absolute delight from start to finish. The room is spacious and beautifully laid out—no cramped corners, just clean, modern comfort. It's super convenient for getting to Futian Port, and the location makes exploring downtown Shenzhen a breeze. The breakfast buffet was fantastic—plenty of fresh options, well-prepared and varied. Kudos to Xiao Lin at reception; her friendly service made our check-in so smooth and welcoming. The place is spotlessly clean, with attention to detail in every corner. I especially loved having a private balcony overlooking the Shenzhen Bay lagoon—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Plus, the in-room laundry dryer combo saved us so much time. Everything you’d want in a home away from home, all at a fantastic value. This is one of those stays that leaves you feeling truly refreshed. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at this hotel with my parents and husband, and choosing Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Futian Port was absolutely the best decision for our cross-border trip. Walking just 5 minutes to the Futian Port checkpoint made immigration stress-free—perfect for those hopping between Hong Kong and Shenzhen. The metro entrance is literally right outside, making it super easy to get around the city or head to the high-speed rail station. The room, completely renovated in 2023, feels modern and bright with floor-to-ceiling windows offering great views. The Sleep Number mattress (with patented technology) is incredibly comfortable—soft yet supportive—and paired with eco-certified bedding, it truly guaranteed a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a smart toilet, full separation of wet and dry areas, and premium toiletries from Petrov, which added a touch of luxury. Free mini-bar items and single-serve Italian coffee were a nice bonus. The front desk staff, Melody, was warm, efficient, and went above and beyond—she even upgraded our room for our parents and arranged adjacent rooms so they could stay together. That kind of thoughtful service really stood out. Breakfast was outstanding—over 100 options including fresh noodles, egg rolls, and freshly brewed coffee. The dining area is spacious, well-designed, and comfortable. Plus, the 24-hour laundry and fitness center are incredibly convenient. For frequent cross-border travelers or families traveling with elderly or kids, this hotel offers unbeatable value. Highly recommend!

Staying at CitiGO Huange Hotel near Xiameilin Metro Station was a great experience. Just a short walk from Exit A of Line 9—cross the street and pass through Apark Cultural & Creative Park, and you’re there. The location is super convenient, with tons of restaurants nearby and a vibrant atmosphere that’s perfect for young travelers. There are plenty of trendy cafes and bars around, making it ideal for a casual night out or a relaxed morning coffee. The hotel itself has a cool, modern vibe with clean lines and stylish touches. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky. But overall, this place offers fantastic value, great convenience, and a fun urban feel. Definitely worth a stay if you're visiting Shenzhen.

Cleanliness was excellent—no surprises, no musty smells, just spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas. What really stood out was the rooftop garden on the 6th floor. It’s peaceful, beautifully landscaped, and offers stunning night views of the city skyline. I spent a few evenings there relaxing with a drink, enjoying the quiet atmosphere—no traffic noise or disturbances at all. Perfect for unwinding after a long day. If you're visiting Shenzhen, this place is definitely worth considering for both short trips and extended stays.

The front desk staff—three young ladies—were incredibly attentive, polite, and genuinely warm. They remembered our names and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Even the housekeeping team had cheerful smiles throughout the stay, adding to the positive vibe. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, from the layout to the amenities. This stay was absolutely outstanding! The hotel is incredibly close to the metro station—just a two-minute walk—and getting to Futian Checkpoint takes only one stop. A shopping mall is right around the corner, offering plenty of dining options. What really stood out was the robot-delivered food delivery straight to my room—so convenient and futuristic! There’s also a laundry facility and a coffee machine for those morning rituals. The room itself has great natural light thanks to the window, and the air conditioning worked perfectly without being too cold or too warm. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. For the price, this is an incredible value—highly recommend if you're visiting Shenzhen!

Any questions I had via WeChat were answered promptly — super convenient! 👍 The housekeeping team does an outstanding job; the room was immaculate, with all amenities fully stocked and refreshed regularly. 💯 Most importantly, the bed is incredibly comfortable — slept like a baby and woke up feeling refreshed! 😴 Plus, having a balcony made the experience even better; I enjoyed relaxing in the evening while taking in the beautiful city lights. ✨ Definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. We stayed here while visiting Hong Kong Disneyland, and chose this property because of its convenient location near Futian. The room was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors—really impressive for a city apartment. The screen mirroring feature worked perfectly, making it easy to stream movies or shows during our stay. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a small welcome gift—such a sweet touch! All toiletries were provided, including new toothbrushes, which showed great attention to detail. Compared to the compact rooms in Hong Kong, this space felt much more spacious and comfortable. It’s a fantastic value for the price. If we ever come back to Shenzhen, we’ll definitely book here again. Highly recommended!
Riverfront Times Hesheng Superior Business Apartment
This hidden gem completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the warm welcome from the front desk staff with a steaming cup of tea instantly eased my travel fatigue. The room was absolutely cozy — the bedtime milk and cloud-like bedding made for the most restful sleep. The bathroom features a smart three-zone layout with excellent shower pressure and a high-tech toilet seat that felt like luxury. Breakfast included fresh handmade wontons, and the kind staff even offered an extra helping when they noticed how much I enjoyed them. Even the window-side plants were perfectly cared for, adding a touch of greenery and life to the space. I genuinely didn’t want to check out — this place feels like home. Definitely coming back.
