One unique feature I loved was the small window in the hallway that offered a subtle glimpse of Mount Fuji—very reminiscent of traditional Japanese castle lookout holes. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and well-presented, and the dining area had a nice, open layout. My only minor gripe? Like many Japanese hotels, the windows don’t open—so during winter, you’re stuck relying on air conditioning. But honestly, that’s a small trade-off. Overall, this hotel delivers great value, excellent service, and a memorable experience. I’d definitely stay here again.
