After staying at countless hotels in New York, this Park Hyatt stands out as one of the most satisfying experiences I've had recently. The modern design is both elegant and comfortable—especially the heated floors, which made a huge difference during the colder months. The sunlit swimming pool area is fantastic; relaxing by the water with natural light streaming in was pure bliss. The only minor drawback is the lack of a dry sauna and a faint plastic smell in the gym area, but these are small issues in an otherwise top-tier property. Location-wise, while it’s not directly adjacent to a subway station, everything you’d want—restaurants, shopping, transit—is within easy walking distance. The convenience, combined with the high level of service and thoughtful touches, makes this a truly exceptional stay. If you're looking for a refined, comfortable base in Manhattan, this hotel delivers on every front.

The only minor downside is that breakfast is a bit pricey, so I’d highly recommend booking a package that includes breakfast to get better value. Located right in the heart of Chinatown, it’s perfect for exploring the area and enjoying delicious, affordable Chinese cuisine just steps from the door. The front desk team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful—check-in was quick and effortless. We booked a corner room on the sixth floor, which was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with amazing city views that made every morning feel special. The rooftop area is charming, though slightly smaller than it appeared in photos—still a great spot to unwind with a drink at sunset. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, especially considering the location and quality. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

While the rooms aren’t as spacious as the Marriott’s, they still easily fit two large suitcases—and I managed to unpack three without any hassle. Walking just a few steps from the lobby lands you right in the heart of Times Square, with a convenience store and Starbucks directly across the street. Everything is within reach, and the energy of New York City is literally at your doorstep. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, location, and value—definitely a top pick for future visits.

The standard room for two was much larger than expected—plenty of space for both our suitcases and even a full-sized closet. We stayed for three nights, and the location couldn’t be better: right next to Grand Central Terminal and just steps away from Fifth Avenue. Everything we wanted—dining, shopping, theaters—was within walking distance. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and staff are genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find such convenience combined with comfort and a great value. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting New York.

We had a really rough experience with a travel platform regarding flight issues, leaving my mom and young daughter stranded at Heathrow for eight hours—truly exhausting and stressful. However, I must say the Grayson Hotel (part of the Hyatt Centric brand) completely turned things around. The stay was exceptional: elegant atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. It's conveniently located near public transit, making it easy to explore New York. This booking was self-arranged—we didn’t use the problematic platform—and we highly recommend this hotel for its quality and value. Despite the frustrating travel agent situation, the hotel itself delivered an outstanding experience. Definitely worth staying at if you're visiting NYC.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the bartenders at the on-site restaurant during New Year’s Eve; their hospitality made the evening even more memorable. I also want to highlight the helpful Korean gentleman who assisted with my luggage—he went above and beyond with a warm smile and genuine care. The location is unbeatable: just under a 10-minute walk from Times Square, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions, dining spots, and shops. And the breakfast? A fantastic variety of options, delicious and well-prepared. If you're looking for a great stay in NYC with excellent value, this is definitely the place to be.
