The location is ideal—just minutes from the city center and super convenient for airport transfers. We had such a pleasant stay that we’re already planning to return for a longer visit. The staff were genuinely welcoming and friendly from check-in to checkout. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast options were impressive—plenty of variety, including local favorites and international choices, so there was something for everyone. That said, room service wasn’t up to par. Every time I tried to call, the line went straight to reception, and they’d have to transfer me—no direct access. Even for a simple request like a pot of coffee, the wait was often around 30 minutes. It’s frustrating when you’re just looking for a quick refreshment. Despite that, my overall experience was positive. The location is excellent—close to major IT hubs and easily accessible by public transport. The hotel offers great value, and I’d definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Chennai.

I had a peaceful and restful stay, and I’d definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers looking for a relaxing yet convenient experience.
Sreedevi Residency
We've stayed at Sreedevi Residency on Sundaram Street, T. Nagar, Chennai for the past five years whenever we visit the city, and the location remains one of the biggest pluses—very convenient for getting around by metro and close to local attractions. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, which is always a plus. However, breakfast service has been inconsistent over time—sometimes only a few items are served, other times it's more complete, but there’s no clear pattern or communication about what to expect. Room quality is average, but maintenance issues are concerning. The air conditioning units constantly leak water, and in every room, at least one light flickers intermittently. Exposed electrical wires hang out of sockets, posing a serious safety risk. Even more alarming, we experienced mild electric shocks from bathroom taps and running water—something completely unacceptable, especially with children present. While the management did offer free luggage storage and courier handling for three weeks during our stay, just a day before arrival they sent a message demanding Rs. 1,000 per day for 21 days. This was misleading and completely unexpected. Bala Venkat and Saravan handled the situation poorly—creating unnecessary stress, showing little empathy, and refusing to waive the charges despite the lack of prior notice. Their communication was unprofessional, and their attitude felt manipulative. After years of trust, this experience has severely damaged our confidence in the hotel. We’re disappointed and will not be returning.

Our stay at Hotel Aadithya was absolutely outstanding. The hotel’s location is perfect—right across from Vijaya Mall, which means you’re steps away from shopping outlets, a supermarket, and a lively food court. The front desk team—including Deepa, Vinoth, Subramani, Prem Kumar, Kalidoss, and Sakthivel—were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the visit. Room cleaning by Ratna was consistently excellent, keeping our space spotless every day. Breakfast at Nook Restaurant was a highlight: Srinivas, Akulu, Aping, Ponni, and Deva made each morning special with their warm hospitality and delicious variety of South Indian dosas. I especially recommend trying Deva’s waffles and banana cake—they’re simply unforgettable. Continental breakfast options were also available and equally satisfying. Whether you're visiting Chennai for business or family time, Hotel Aadithya delivers an exceptional experience. It’s a place that truly feels like home away from home.

I couldn’t be happier with my stay at Ginger Chennai - Vadapalani! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by great restaurants and convenience stores. Clean rooms, excellent service, and such a friendly atmosphere. Special shoutout to Argha—he was absolutely fantastic, always helpful and cheerful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai. It’s not just a place to sleep; it’s an experience. Walked straight into the bar upon arrival, and was immediately impressed by the inviting ambiance. The bar is well-stocked with a great selection of adult beverages and features creative cocktails and mocktails—especially some unique Kerala-inspired drinks that stood out. Since we visited during lunchtime, it wasn’t crowded at all, making it a relaxed and enjoyable spot to unwind. They even offered to serve our lunch right there, which we gladly accepted. We tried a few authentic Kerala delicacies, and every bite was fresh and full of flavor. It’s a fantastic blend of good vibes, tasty food, and excellent drinks—perfect for a laid-back meal or a casual drink after exploring the city.
