The hotel’s modern design and friendly staff added to the positive vibe. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement: the USB charging ports by the bed didn’t work, the toilet flush lever was too stiff and slightly risky to operate, and hot water took quite a while to come out in the morning—this not only caused inconvenience but also wasted water. I’d also expected a complimentary fruit platter as promised, but it never arrived. Still, despite these small issues, the breakfast was satisfying with light, fresh options, and the value for money is excellent. With some upgrades—especially faster hot water delivery to save resources and reduce waste—I believe this hotel has strong potential to become one of the top choices for travelers visiting Guilin.
