This was my first time visiting Saudi Arabia, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from local homestays. But this experience completely blew me away — it felt more like staying in a luxurious castle than a regular guesthouse. The space is incredibly spacious, far beyond what I imagined for this type of accommodation. I was worried about high prices, but the value here is outstanding — actually even better than similar options in mid-tier Chinese cities. The backyard has a basketball hoop, and the living room comes with a ping pong table — great for fun downtime. The hosts are from Ningxia and have been living here for years; they’re genuinely warm and welcoming, offered free airport pickup, and gave us excellent local tips on where to go. It’s rare to find such personal care and hospitality. I’ll definitely be booking again on my next trip to Riyadh — highly recommend!

The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials I needed. The quiet surroundings made for a peaceful and restful night's sleep, which was perfect after long travel days. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. Unfortunately, due to last-minute schedule changes, I had to check out earlier than planned, so I didn’t get to enjoy everything the property had to offer. Still, this place stands out as one of the best stays in Riyadh—great value, excellent hospitality, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. I’d definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
