It's very close to the University of Manchester and just a short walk from Piccadilly Station, making travel around Manchester effortless. After comparing it with two other nearby hotels, this one stood out for being the quietest—perfect for a good night’s sleep without any noise disturbances. The room itself is spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a soft bed that made falling asleep easy. Plus, having a kettle in the room is such a small but thoughtful touch—I could enjoy a hot drink anytime. Overall, it’s a fantastic value with great location and service. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Had an excellent stay here last weekend! I understand some guests mention noise, but let’s be honest—this property is on Canal Street, so there’s naturally some city buzz. However, I was in bed by 1 a.m. and slept through the whole night without any disturbance. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Manchester, steps away from restaurants, shops, and public transit.
