The service stood out especially: front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly, attentive, and responded quickly to any request, making the entire experience seamless. One of the highlights was the swimming pool—crystal-clear water, meticulously maintained, and surrounded by a tidy, peaceful environment. It’s perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. The location is also a big plus—close to public transport and local dining spots, making it easy to get around. Overall, the hotel has clearly invested in both its facilities and guest experience, and it shows. Staying at Sizihwan Sunset Beach Resort was a fantastic experience! Upon check-in, the staff warmly welcomed us and clearly explained the check-in/check-out times along with helpful information about the surroundings. Though there’s no elevator, the team kindly offered to assist with luggage—such a thoughtful touch. The private beach area is a real highlight, especially the sandbox filled with non-sticky sand that’s super easy to clean up after kids play. Breakfast was simple but delicious—offering porridge, toast, salad, and vegetarian options. Nothing overly salty, so even my little one enjoyed it without any issues. Located just steps from Xiziwan Beach, the sunset views are absolutely breathtaking. It's also very accessible by public transit. Highly recommend this gem for a relaxed, authentic coastal getaway.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Meilidao Station in the heart of Kaohsiung, this place is incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Staying at Shihzuwan Hotel (Kaohsiung Station) was an absolute highlight of my trip to Kaohsiung. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the train station and surrounded by great dining options, with easy access to attractions like Hsiaozi Bay and Pier-2 Art Zone. Parking is a breeze, whether you're arriving by car or motorcycle—plenty of spots available. What truly stood out was the room size; it’s significantly larger than other hotels in the same category, giving the space a luxurious feel. The 24-hour front desk service is a game-changer—you can ask for help anytime, day or night. Cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff made the whole experience seamless. If you're visiting Kaohsiung, this hotel should be at the top of your list—it's genuinely one of the best choices I’ve found.

Staying at M Hotel in Kaohsiung was an absolutely delightful experience. The lobby offers complimentary drinks, ice cream, cookies, and snacks—perfect for a quick pick-me-up upon arrival. I stayed in Room 501, which, though minimalist in design, felt very functional and comfortable. The smart toilet was a nice touch, the bed was incredibly cozy, and the TV was large enough for great viewing. Free parking is a major plus, especially if you're driving. Breakfast was surprisingly good—fresh and satisfying with a nice variety of options. The staff were polite, attentive, and made the stay feel personal. For the quality, location, and value, this hotel truly stands out. I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Kaohsiung—highly recommended!

Absolutely outstanding! From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the metro station and surrounded by great dining options, shops, and attractions. My room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with a bed that made for a truly restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Even when I asked for local tips, they shared genuine recommendations without hesitation. It’s rare to find such a high level of service combined with a peaceful atmosphere and excellent value. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a home away from home. 10/10 without a doubt, and I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Kaohsiung.

Staying at Happy Hotel in Kaohsiung was a pleasant surprise despite the ongoing exterior renovations. While the building work started early in the morning—around 8 AM—it didn’t take away from the charm of the room, which, though slightly aged, has a cozy, homey feel that instantly puts you at ease. The warm atmosphere made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Just a heads-up if you’re a heavy sleeper: the construction noise starts early, so plan to wake up and pack early if you want to hit the ground running for your day trips. Overall, the comfort, location, and genuine hospitality more than make up for the temporary inconvenience. A great choice for travelers looking for value and character.

We booked Katherine Plaza Hotel for a family trip and arrived around 5 PM. The front desk staff were very welcoming, clearly explained room details, and provided all the necessary info about meal times—great service right from the start. Walking into the room, we were immediately impressed by the clean environment; the walls looked freshly renovated, and the overall vibe felt cozy and homely—like staying at grandma’s place. One small downside: some TV channels had poor signal quality, and the programming leaned heavily toward K-dramas, sports, and movies. Also, the lighting in the room wasn’t bright enough when watching TV. The bathroom is spacious, but lacks proper wet/dry separation—adding a shower curtain would definitely improve safety and convenience. Breakfast was a highlight: generous and varied, with fresh stir-fried dishes, side pickles for congee, toast, buns, steamed bread, and more—perfect for starting the day on a full note. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just steps away from Central Park, Dali Department Store, Hanshin Mall, and within walking distance to Music & Pop Culture Hall and Zhuangzhi (Dabu) Art District. There are countless restaurants nearby, so dining options are endless. If we ever come back to Kaohsiung, this hotel will be our top choice. Thanks to the team for such a warm and thoughtful stay!

Staying at Century Hotel in Kaohsiung was a great experience overall. Its location is one of the biggest highlights; it's super convenient for getting around town, with easy access to public transit, shopping areas, and local eateries. I was impressed by how much value I got for the price—excellent quality without the premium cost. It’s perfect for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and a good deal all in one. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Kaohsiung.

Staying at Hotel South Sea in Kaohsiung was a great experience overall. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to Formosa Boulevard MRT station and about 20 minutes from the high-speed rail station, making it super convenient for both business trips and short city visits. While the hotel isn’t brand new, the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, with strong air conditioning and a powerful shower that works perfectly. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. There’s no breakfast included, but don’t worry—the area around the hotel is packed with restaurants, cafes, and local eateries, so grabbing a bite in the morning is easy. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a quiet, hassle-free stay in a central spot. I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Kaohsiung.
