Staying at the Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe was an absolutely delightful experience overall. The breakfast was outstanding—plenty of variety, fresh ingredients, and delicious options, all served in a cozy, inviting setting. The staff went above and beyond with their professionalism and warmth; every interaction felt genuine and helpful. The hotel’s ambiance is modern, clean, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. What truly sets this place apart is its unbeatable location: you can access the shopping complex right from inside the hotel via covered walkways—perfect for grabbing a meal, picking up essentials, or even exchanging currency without stepping outside. It’s incredibly convenient and adds so much value to your stay. The only downside? The pool water wasn’t as clear or well-maintained as it could be—definitely something worth improving. Despite that small issue, the exceptional service, comfort, and location make this hotel a top choice. I’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.
