Our room was thoughtfully designed with everything we needed: a mini-fridge, a safe, a brand-new kettle, and most importantly, an Illy coffee machine that made our mornings feel extra special. Honestly, it felt like home away from home, especially after staying at a more basic hotel in Devon, UK. If you're planning a visit to Madrid, this hotel should be at the top of your list. Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. All in all, this hotel delivers strong value, especially with its convenient access, clean rooms, and solid service. Bus line 150 stops right outside the hotel and goes directly to Puerta del Sol with no transfers, making public transit a convenient option. Just keep in mind that taxis in Madrid are extremely expensive—my ride from the hotel to the city center cost over €30, which isn’t ideal for short stays. Overall, this hotel works better for longer visits when you’re looking to save on transport costs and don’t mind a bit of distance. For travelers prioritizing convenience and budget, especially those planning to explore on foot or by bus, this place offers great value.
