Special thanks to Henry from the concierge team for the little bunny he gave our daughter—she’s been carrying it everywhere ever since, absolutely smitten! We were also touched by Rebecca and Ethan from guest experience, who prepared a special photo frame as a keepsake. When we returned to our room, my daughter spotted it instantly and exclaimed, 'This is me and Daddy!' The joy and emotion in that moment brought tears to our eyes.
