The room was spacious, exactly as pictured—no need for wide-angle shots, the real photos are spot-on. Though it’s an older property, the cleanliness and consistency are outstanding. The TV worked perfectly, and everything felt well-maintained. A special shoutout to the lady at the front desk on November 14th afternoon—she proactively helped me with a late checkout, and her friendly attitude made the whole experience so much better. She greeted me every time I came in or out, and even when I returned on the evening of November 15th to pick up my stored luggage, she remembered me. It’s these little touches that truly make a difference. I left feeling welcomed and appreciated—this is what great hospitality looks like. Definitely coming back next time I visit Wuhan. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had.
