From the moment we arrived, staff were attentive and friendly, even offering a welcome drink upon check-in—a nice touch. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a plush bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. Noise insulation was impressive—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The bathroom was modern, with excellent water pressure and a well-thought-out wet/dry separation. Breakfast was a highlight—diverse options including local Colombian specialties and classic Western choices, all fresh and delicious. This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say it exceeded all my expectations. This NH Collection Bogotá Teleport Royal is hands down the best NH hotel I've stayed at in Bogotá—consistently excellent service, top-notch comfort, and a great location. The only thing worth mentioning is that breakfast is now charged separately at $17, which feels out of step with previous stays when it was included in the rate, especially for guests planning multiple nights. It’s a small but noticeable shift that could affect value perception. That said, the steam room is absolutely fantastic—perfect for unwinding after a long day or a workout.
