Located just a 3-minute walk from local markets and shops, and a 7-minute stroll to the metro station through a peaceful garden, getting around the city was so convenient. With only a few stops on the metro, you’re right in the heart of Delhi. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very welcoming. A special thank you to Mr. Sumir, the owner—his kindness and thoughtful hospitality truly made a difference. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi. I had a terrible experience with this property. After confirming my payment, the host denied it and demanded nearly double the original price just to get access to the room—something completely unreasonable, especially for a traveler unfamiliar with the area. I was left with no choice but to pay extra under pressure. The room itself was a disaster: no hot water, a refrigerator constantly leaking, and no kettle for boiling water. To top it off, there were swarms of mosquitoes. The actual condition was nothing like the listing suggested. I’m genuinely shocked by how poorly managed this place is. Please consider removing it from the platform—this kind of experience is not only frustrating but also misleading to other travelers. Don’t let others go through what I did.

Water pressure in the bathroom is low, and hot water supply is inconsistent—often requiring long waits for a proper shower. While the location is a plus, the poor quality of amenities and service significantly reduces value for money. This is only suitable for a quick overnight stay if you're on a tight budget. I wouldn't recommend it for families or travelers seeking comfort and reliability.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The actual rooms looked nothing like the photos on the website—dusty, outdated, and poorly maintained. There was no hot water in the bathroom, faucets were leaking, towels were stained and dirty, and there was no working TV. The lack of basic upkeep made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. This property shouldn't be listed at all if the information is misleading. It's clear the photos don't reflect reality, and guests deserve better transparency. Please reconsider how properties are displayed to avoid false expectations.
