Staying at Premier Suites Plus Glasgow Bath Street was an absolute delight! The apartment exceeded all my expectations—spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by how much room there was, and honestly, I wish we’d stayed longer just to make the most of it. Communication before and during check-in was flawless; the team provided clear, helpful instructions about the app check-in process and luggage storage options. Everything was smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—right next to the theatre district, making it ideal for shows, dining, and exploring on foot. Public transport access is excellent too, with the subway just a short walk away. This place offers great value for such a high-quality stay. I’ll definitely be back.
Secc Hydro Executive 7 Apartment
I stayed here in June 2022 during a trip to Scotland, and unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. The property is essentially a collection of apartments located in an aging building situated in a less desirable part of Glasgow. My unit didn’t match the photos shown on the platform at all—I brought this up, and was told the images were from other units. The windows wouldn’t close properly, letting in constant street noise from the busy road outside. Up close, the place looked dirty and clearly lacked proper maintenance. Overall, I regret choosing this accommodation and believe I could have found a better option for the price.

The room was spacious for the price, with a clean and functional bathroom and shower. The TV offered a good variety of channels, and the quiet environment made for an excellent night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It’s a no-brainer recommendation for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and value. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Glasgow.
Kelvingrove Hotel - Sauchiehall St
Located right in the heart of Glasgow, Kelvingrove Hotel is super convenient for exploring the city on foot or via subway. However, it’s important to note that there’s no parking available on-site. We parked on the street initially—free at first, but after 8 PM, the rates kicked in and the pay machines didn’t accept credit cards, making it frustrating and expensive. We later tried a lot near the museum, but that parking was also pricey. Parking in Glasgow really isn’t cheap, so if you’re driving, be prepared for high costs. Another downside: no elevator, which made carrying heavy luggage up to the rooms quite challenging, especially for higher floors. On the bright side, breakfast was actually quite good—offering both hot and cold options. At first, we thought it was just bread and cereal, but soon a staff member came by to ask what hot meal we’d like. The variety was nice, and service was attentive. Overall, despite the parking hassle and lack of elevator, the location and breakfast make it a decent choice for travelers who prioritize convenience over car access.

With such excellent quality-to-price ratio, this place feels like a hidden gem in Glasgow. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value.
