The stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Austin Downtown was very comfortable overall. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the location made it easy to get around downtown Austin—just a short walk or quick ride away from major attractions. However, one issue stands out: we were asked to pay a $100 deposit upon check-in, with a promise that it would be refunded within four days. It's now been 25 days, and the refund still hasn't arrived. I've reached out to the platform multiple times for assistance, hoping this can be resolved soon. Would appreciate any support in getting this matter settled.

The outdoor pool is well-maintained and perfect for a morning swim. And the breakfast? Outstanding! A wide variety of hot and cold options, all delicious and freshly prepared. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations—great value, excellent service, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.
