The property is perfectly located—just a short walk from the city center and literally steps away from the port, making it super convenient for exploring Nice. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a bus stop right outside the villa, so getting around town is effortless. The apartment itself is cozy and well-equipped, though it would be nice to have a proper coffee maker in the kitchen. That said, the attention to detail and warm welcome from Clémence and her dad made all the difference. Their hospitality truly added a personal touch to the experience. This is definitely an address worth remembering—highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort, location, and genuine charm.

I always stay at this Airbnb-style apartment whenever I visit Nice, and recently booked a studio here—such a charming space! It’s beautifully decorated with a large TV and a fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for cooking your own meals. The location is incredibly convenient: just a 5-minute walk to the beach (Promenade des Anglais) and right next to a pedestrian street that runs through the lively heart of Nice. You can easily stroll along the seafront to reach Cours Saleya—a great spot for locals and visitors alike who appreciate authentic vibes. The unit was spotless, and the surrounding streets with dedicated bike lanes were quiet and peaceful. After trying other accommodations in different areas, I found myself consistently returning here because nothing else quite matches the comfort and satisfaction. Oh, and if you have a car, consider a quick trip to Italy—it’s only about 40 minutes away. I discovered a fantastic little restaurant called Le Bistrot du Port along the harbor, and it’s definitely worth a visit!

The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, with clean, stylish rooms. While the room size is modest and slightly smaller than shown in the photos, it’s still comfortable and functional. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. The only downside is finding the entrance—it’s tricky if you’re driving. The main gate is on the roadside, but it’s set at an angle, and the narrow street has two large trash bins blocking the view, making it easy to miss. A small sign or slight repositioning of the bins would help a lot. Despite that, the hotel offers great value for money and is definitely worth considering if you're visiting Nice.
