We also left a jacket behind, but given the high shipping cost, we decided not to go through with retrieving it. That said, it would be helpful if the hotel had a more accessible lost-and-found process. Overall, this place offers incredible value, beautiful surroundings, and a memorable stay. The only minor issue was the bathroom exhaust fan, which was quite noisy—but we only noticed it around 11 PM. Since it was late, we decided not to call housekeeping and simply kept the door closed, which helped reduce the noise. Overall, this was a great stay.
