The room size is misleading—advertised at 25 sqm, but with the bathroom included, it’s closer to just 10 sqm. You can’t even fully unpack your suitcase. Plus, the walls between rooms aren’t solid, so conversations carry easily. Cleaning staff also seemed careless—old sheets were removed but never replaced, and overall upkeep was sloppy. Honestly, if you're visiting Cancun and want a good experience, don’t expect too much from typical resort-area hotels like this one. If budget allows, go for an all-inclusive property instead. This one’s not worth it.
