Staying at the InterContinental Miami was an absolute highlight during my trip to Miami. Located right in downtown, it's incredibly convenient—just a short walk to everything. The hotel is near a popular Cuban-Peruvian fusion restaurant, and downstairs you'll find a Starbucks. A quick stroll takes you to Biscayne Bay Park, with free trolleys running nearby and the loop route just steps away. There’s also a 24-hour supermarket within easy reach—perfect for stocking up on water instead of paying $9 for bottled ones. I bought a large jug from the store and refilled it all day long. Room amenities were top-notch. The bathroom fan or ventilation system must be some kind of miracle—my laundry was nearly dry after just two hours! Perfect if you’re planning to wear your clothes the next day. Breakfast was standard American-style, nothing fancy, and limited options. The only hiccup came from third-party booking: I realized the room view didn’t match what I’d booked. My pre-arrival photo showed a partial view (as expected), but the actual view was even more restricted. I contacted the front desk immediately, and they confirmed I was indeed booked into a partial-view room—the whole-view rooms were already fully reserved. After reaching out to the booking platform, I found that the error originated from a partner agency, not the hotel itself. While frustrating, the hotel handled it professionally and resolved it amicably. Overall, despite the mix-up, the location, service, and comfort made this stay well worth it.

I loved how easy it was to explore local restaurants, bars, and nightlife from the doorstep. With its stylish design, prime location, and top-notch service, this hotel offers incredible value. Definitely planning to return.

Stayed at Mayfair House Hotel & Garden and was thoroughly impressed! The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had a really comfortable vibe. The only minor note is that the lighting could be a bit brighter, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. What stood out most? No rush to check out—something rare in the U.S., and so refreshing. Plus, they gave us two drink vouchers per night, so with a two-night stay, we got four drinks to redeem at their rooftop bar. We sipped on cocktails under the stars with an amazing view—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The location is great, close to everything, and easy to get around by public transit. A real gem in Miami with excellent value and a laid-back charm. Definitely coming back.

Hotel Indigo Miami Brickell
The room was spacious and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided each day. We stayed near the gym and pool area, which meant some noise at times—especially during peak hours—but having a balcony helped. Unfortunately, the view from it was completely blocked, and the room itself felt quite dark; more lighting fixtures would have been welcome. The large TV is smart, but unfortunately doesn’t connect to personal devices—bring your own HDMI cable if you plan to stream content. The pool and gym are actually bigger than the photos suggest. Quiet in the mornings, but busier from midday onward. There aren’t many lounge chairs, but the pool area and water were clean, and complimentary towels were available—though they ran out during busy periods. The gym has limited equipment: just a couple of treadmills and some weights, one of which was broken, but staff provided gym towels and the space still felt new and tidy. Front desk staff were consistently helpful and always on hand—even late at night when we asked for replacements for toilet paper and towels, which were promptly taken care of. Location-wise, it’s incredibly central. Everything in Brickell City Centre—from cafes to restaurants—is within walking distance, and the nearby metro station makes getting around Miami easy. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe, especially as two women traveling alone. The 24th-floor bar offers stunning views and a great vibe—perfect for working or unwinding. Though technically part of another hotel, the staff were welcoming and happy to let us visit. Overall, our stay at Hotel Indigo was fantastic. Great value for money, excellent service, and highly recommended.

The kitchenette was fully equipped with clean, modern utensils, making it easy to prepare simple meals during our stay. We even received a complimentary bottle of wine upon check-in—such a nice touch! I opted out of daily housekeeping and got two free drinks each day instead; a great little perk. The location is fantastic, just steps from the metro and close to everything we wanted to explore.
