Even though the building is about ten years old, the room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained—every detail felt fresh and cared for. I was able to check in early, which was a huge plus after a long journey. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist. Their warm hospitality made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Right across from the hotel is a scooter rental shop—highly recommend renting one for ultimate freedom when exploring Chiang Mai. Plus, the hotel offers convenient pickup and drop-off for all-day tours, so even without a scooter, walking to major old city attractions is effortless. What really stands out is the unique charm of the traditional Thai timber houses—simple, elegant, and full of character. I’ve already started planning my return visit. This place isn’t just a stay—it’s an experience. Truly heartfelt recommendation.

Just a short 5-6 minute walk across a bridge gets you to the night market, and it's about 10 minutes to the main shopping district—super convenient for exploring. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were attentive and helpful. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. Amenities are solid: air conditioning, mini-fridge, hairdryer, electric kettle, and plenty of power outlets—great for travelers with multiple devices. I also appreciated the little touch of instant coffee sticks placed by the entrance to B building; just use the kettle and enjoy a warm drink anytime. There’s even a 7-Eleven right across the bridge for quick snacks or essentials. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. I’ll definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Chiang Mai.
