Staying at Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen once again, and I’m as impressed as ever. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by a large shopping mall, making dining, shopping, and exploring effortless. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service—attentive, thoughtful, and always going the extra mile. Booking the Executive Floor was a game-changer; it offered a more personalized experience with dedicated support throughout our stay. The guest experience team was patient, helpful, and made every detail seamless. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. Breakfast was well-rounded and satisfying, though not overly elaborate. Overall, the quality of service, comfort, and attention to detail make this hotel a top choice. I’ll definitely be back.

The room itself is beautifully designed in a classic old-money style, elegant and timeless. I was especially impressed by the bathroom amenities: the entire Thelier skincare collection had such a subtle, luxurious fragrance that made every moment in the room feel like a little escape. The executive lounge is truly worth it—floor-to-ceiling views of the city skyline are breathtaking, perfect for relaxing or just gazing into the distance. They serve drinks starting at noon, which is a great touch for guests who enjoy a cocktail or two, and the pastries are absolutely delicious—well-crafted and fresh. Special shoutout to Mandy, whose warm and attentive service stood out. She made us feel genuinely cared for. This hotel exceeded all expectations, and I’m already planning my next visit—especially curious to see the new rooms!

Even after check-out, the team went the extra mile: they called the next day to confirm if I’d left behind my clothes and glasses, then arranged to ship them home for me. That kind of proactive care is rare and deeply appreciated. This stay exceeded expectations—sophisticated, seamless, and genuinely memorable. I’ll definitely be returning.

I initially booked this hotel just because I had to, and honestly, I was a bit skeptical since it was renovated back in 2018—thought the rooms might feel dated. But wow, I was pleasantly surprised! The room layout is excellent, with amazing views that make the stay so enjoyable. The location is fantastic—there are so many great food delivery options nearby, and the robot room service is a real game-changer. Super convenient and adds a fun tech touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too. Special thanks to Molly, Cavan, and Louise—they checked availability for my potential room extension before I even asked, which showed such thoughtfulness. The place was spotless, way cleaner than I expected. Overall, this exceeded all my expectations. Definitely worth staying at if you're in Shenzhen.

Booked a double room with an excellent package that included Häagen-Dazs afternoon tea and breakfast for two adults and one child—great value for money. While the hotel’s interior design isn’t overly modern, the ambiance is warm and inviting, with a subtle, pleasant fragrance throughout the lobby and corridors. The room was spotless, with zero unpleasant odors—just clean and comfortable. I noticed many international guests during my stay, which speaks volumes about the hotel’s global appeal. The buffet breakfast area may not have the flashiest decor, but the service truly stood out. The manager and staff were attentive, friendly, and proactive—always checking in, refilling drinks, and ensuring everything was well-organized. For hot dishes, I enjoyed the sausages, bacon, stir-fried potatoes, fried eggs, and crispy youtiao—everything was well-prepared and tasty. The highlight? The daily rotating dim sum selections including steamed buns, red rice rolls, and freshly made noodles or wonton soup. The menu changes regularly, so you never get bored. It’s clear the team puts effort into quality and freshness. With its prime location, comfort, and outstanding breakfast, this hotel offers incredible value. My first stay at Innogo Hotel Shenzhen (LuoHu Port) was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff went above and beyond—very attentive, explaining every detail of the hotel with care and warmth. They even offered free freshly ground coffee in the morning, which was a delightful surprise. The room was spotless, thoughtfully equipped with all essentials including moisturizer and hand sanitizer—so convenient and hygienic. Best of all, they upgraded us to a larger room at no extra cost, making our stay even more comfortable. The robot delivery service was such a fun and practical touch—super easy to use and added a futuristic vibe. I also appreciated that the hotel provided access to Tencent membership, so I streamed three movies and relaxed in style without leaving the room. Located just steps from Luohu Port, it’s incredibly convenient for travel and getting around Shenzhen. This experience has definitely made me a repeat guest—definitely coming back next time!

HongFeng Hotel

Staying at HongFeng Hotel in Shenzhen Luohu was a delightful experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—always ready to help with any request, making check-in and checkout smooth and pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind right away. One of the highlights was the spacious view from the window—the city skyline stretched out beautifully, especially at night when the lights came on. It made for a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. That said, while there was an air purifier in the room, I noticed a faint lingering smell of smoke at times. This could be due to nearby areas or ventilation, so it might be worth considering dedicated non-smoking floors or better air circulation systems. Still, these small points don’t take away from the excellent value, convenient location near Luohu Metro Station, and the warm hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to fellow travelers looking for comfort and reliability.
