Staying at Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites Landmark Shenzhen was an absolutely delightful experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Dongmen Old Street, with countless dining options nearby, so you can eat well whether on a budget or splurging. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help—truly made the stay special. Breakfast was excellent: a wide variety of options, fresh and tasty, especially the local-style congee and freshly baked bread. It’s rare to find such a great balance between city convenience and hotel tranquility. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Dongmen or when visiting the Guomao area. In less than 10 minutes, you can reach Huaqiangbei, one of Shenzhen’s busiest tech and shopping hubs. Everything is so close and well-connected. Just a short walk away is a Hema store, perfect for grabbing groceries or essentials. One thing I really appreciated was the room service delivery—when I ordered the Guangdong-exclusive version of Bawang Cha Ji through the hotel’s system, the delivery rider brought it straight to my door. Right on the ground floor is KK One Mall, where you’ll find everything from Starbucks and Fei Da Chu to Lao Beijing Wonton and Haidilao. No need to go far for great food. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with a washing machine, fridge, and a private balcony—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff, especially Tingting at reception, were warm, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Overall, this place delivers amazing value and comfort. Highly recommend for travelers looking for convenience, quality, and a homely vibe.

The room itself has great natural light thanks to the window, and the air conditioning worked perfectly without being too cold or too warm. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. For the price, this is an incredible value—highly recommend if you're visiting Shenzhen!
