The staff at reception were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Any questions I had via WeChat were answered promptly — super convenient! 👍 The housekeeping team does an outstanding job; the room was immaculate, with all amenities fully stocked and refreshed regularly. 💯 Most importantly, the bed is incredibly comfortable — slept like a baby and woke up feeling refreshed! 😴 Plus, having a balcony made the experience even better; I enjoyed relaxing in the evening while taking in the beautiful city lights. ✨ Definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. One small suggestion: if the washing machine could include a drying function, it would be perfect! Otherwise, everything else is top-notch. Equipment is modern, functional, and thoughtfully provided.
