This was my first time staying at Thompson Dallas by Hyatt, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn it's part of the Hyatt family. The luxury and attention to detail live up to Hyatt's renowned reputation. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance felt upscale yet welcoming. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed—especially the comfy bed that made for a restful night's sleep. Location-wise, it’s super convenient, just a short ride from downtown Dallas attractions. Staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. Honestly, this hotel exceeded my expectations and offers excellent value for the price. I’d definitely recommend it and will be back.

We didn’t notice any noise coming from Sister, but if you’re in a room facing the street, you might catch faint sounds from nearby clubs—nothing disruptive, just something to note.
