Just had a quick business trip and absolutely loved my overnight stay. Huge thanks for the complimentary suite upgrade—what an incredible space! The room was stylish, spacious, and perfectly designed for both work and relaxation. I took a peek at the rooftop pool and already can’t wait to take a dip on my next visit. The lobby bar and grill are fantastic—great vibe, excellent service, and top-notch food and drinks. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Breakfast was decent, similar to what you’d expect from a standard chain hotel like HanTing Express back home—simple but satisfying. I was traveling solo and my English isn’t strong, so I was a bit nervous about communication when stepping out. Thankfully, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. One of the ladies went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing a Grehound ticket, which made my trip much smoother. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. The location is convenient, the service is warm, and the value for money is excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting downtown Dallas.

We didn’t notice any noise coming from Sister, but if you’re in a room facing the street, you might catch faint sounds from nearby clubs—nothing disruptive, just something to note. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Dallas!
