Staying at Private Residences at Hotel Arya by Sofla Vacations in Miami was an absolute highlight of my trip. The entire property is immaculate—every corner is spotless, and the attention to detail in the cleanliness is impressive. The staff went above and beyond with their service; they were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making me feel truly welcomed. The location is perfect—close enough to downtown attractions but tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area. I especially appreciated the cool, comfortable indoor environment during the hot Miami weather. The private residence layout gives you both privacy and luxury, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway or business travel. This place exceeded all expectations. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and honestly, I’ll choose it again whenever I need a convenient airport hotel in Miami. The location is perfect—just a short walk or quick shuttle ride to the airport, which makes early flights stress-free. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. Staff are friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It’s not just about proximity to the airport—it’s the overall quality that stands out. For anyone traveling through Miami, this is a top choice, and I’ll definitely be back.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my entire visit—every interaction felt warm and personal. Special thanks to the housekeeping team, who consistently kept the room spotless and well-maintained with great attention to detail. The location is fantastic: close to everything, with easy access to public transit and a variety of dining options nearby. It’s rare to find such a welcoming atmosphere combined with top-notch service and cleanliness. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Miami.

The hotel is spotless, secure, and offers a comfortable stay from the moment you walk in. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, well-prepared, and with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. The location is incredibly convenient; it’s easy to find, and being close to Brickell and just a short drive from Key Biscayne makes exploring Miami effortless. While the area is mainly business-oriented, there are plenty of nearby eateries, cafes, and shops within walking distance, so you’re never far from a meal or convenience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was quiet and well-maintained. Overall, this is a great value option for both business travelers and tourists looking for a reliable, no-frills stay in Miami. I’d definitely book again.

Staying at Miami River Inn was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the heart of downtown Miami, with stunning views of the river right outside the window. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere in the evenings when the city lights reflected on the water. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with comfortable bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour front desk, and a small fitness center were great touches for travelers like me who value convenience and comfort. It’s rare to find such a well-balanced mix of style, service, and value in Miami—this place truly stands out. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit the city.

Everything about this place is excellent—the location, the ambiance, and the service are all top-notch. The only small note is that the bathroom is quite compact, so if you're on the larger side, it might feel a bit tight. But honestly, that’s just a minor detail in an otherwise outstanding stay. I loved every moment here, from the warm welcome to the cozy vibe. It’s a perfect spot for travelers who want comfort and convenience without compromise. Definitely booking again when I return to Miami.

Overall, I had a really pleasant stay at this place. The property was clean and well-maintained, with just a few minor marks on the walls that didn’t affect the experience at all. Located in East Little Havana, it truly captures the authentic Miami vibe—colorful streets, great local vibes, and easy access to downtown via public transit. The room was comfortable, the bed was cozy, and everything felt fresh and welcoming. It’s a perfect spot for travelers who want to immerse themselves in the local culture without sacrificing comfort. I’d definitely come back if I’m visiting Miami again.

Our stay at Pastel Apartments was absolutely wonderful! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and downtown Miami, making it super convenient for exploring. The apartment itself is bright, stylish, and very comfortable, with plenty of space and modern touches. We loved the vibe and the attention to detail. The only small hiccup was that we ran out of towels and tissues during our visit, so we had to pick up a few extras nearby—but honestly, that didn’t ruin the experience. The staff was responsive and helpful when we mentioned it. Overall, this place offers great value, a cozy atmosphere, and a perfect base for enjoying everything Miami has to offer. I’d definitely book again!

The stay was extremely disappointing. The bed sheets were visibly dirty and had hair scattered all over them, which was really off-putting. The bathroom rug was even worse—there were nail clippings embedded in the fabric. The walls and baseboards were covered in grime, giving the impression that the unit hadn't been properly cleaned between guests. To make matters worse, one of the beds collapsed on the first night, making it unsafe to sleep on. While the location is convenient for airport access and public transit, the overall cleanliness and maintenance are unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a decent, hygienic place to stay. Poor value for money, and definitely not worth the price.

We had a rocky start checking in, but once we finally got our room, the experience really turned around—especially since we’d read some negative reviews beforehand and expected the worst. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised by how charming and well-thought-out the hotel is. The lobby has a cozy, inviting vibe, and our room was spacious with windows on two walls, great natural light, and even a walk-in closet—perfect for long-term travelers like us. The toiletries were high quality, and the room came packed with plenty of outlets, including USB ports. Even the writing desk had built-in chargers—such a thoughtful touch! The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the port (we were between cruises), a short walk to the riverfront dining area, and within minutes of Target, Ross Dress for Less, and Publix. We also walked about 20 minutes to Bayside Marketplace, which was easy and enjoyable. There’s a bus stop right outside that connects you to downtown if you’d rather not walk. The neighborhood felt safe—there were always police cars around, and we later found out the Miami Police Department is located behind the building. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh artisan brioche, excellent latte (though the machine broke the next day), freshly squeezed orange juice, and a nice selection of cheeses, ham, and sausages. The staff were helpful and friendly, turning what started as a stressful check-in into a memorable stay. Despite the rough beginning, everything ended up perfect. We’ll definitely be back when we return to Miami.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. While the location is convenient with easy access to the metro and downtown Miami, the room itself felt outdated and lacked comfort—especially the mattress, which was quite firm and uncomfortable for a good night’s sleep. Noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, making it hard to relax or get proper rest. The overall condition of the apartment wasn’t up to par, and cleanliness could use improvement. Although the price point seemed reasonable, the experience didn’t justify it. I’ve stayed at better places in Miami for similar rates, so I can’t see myself returning or suggesting this property to others.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The front desk staff who spoke Spanish was so helpful, giving me great recommendations for nearby restaurants and grocery stores right upon check-in. The first night was a bit rough—loud noises from the floor above kept me awake until 6 a.m., but thankfully, a friendly, slightly chubby front desk agent kindly switched my room the next day. That made all the difference—I finally got a peaceful night’s sleep. The room is compact, but it has a proper desk and chair, perfect for working or relaxing. The bedding was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Despite the initial noise issue, the team’s quick response and genuine care made up for it. Great value, fantastic location, and a very welcoming vibe. Definitely coming back!
