I booked a room and paid in advance, but unfortunately had to miss the check-in due to unexpected work delays. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a refund as the deadline had passed, but I’d really appreciate receiving a discount voucher for a future stay—just a small token of goodwill would go a long way! That said, the hotel’s communication throughout the process was excellent. The staff were responsive, professional, and helpful, which made the whole experience much more positive despite the hiccup. I’m definitely considering returning, especially since the location is great—close to public transit and downtown Rotterdam. A solid choice for anyone visiting the city.

We only stayed for one night, but it was a fantastic experience overall. The studio was fully equipped with everything we needed—clean, well-designed, and cozy, making it feel like home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Even though the apartment is located in a lively neighborhood, noise levels were surprisingly low; only if you have super-sensitive hearing might you notice anything. Earplugs are conveniently provided, which is a nice touch. The only minor downside is the stairs—quite steep and narrow, so those who aren’t up for a bit of a climb should be mindful. Despite that, the space is well thought out and offers great value. I’d definitely recommend these studios to anyone visiting Rotterdam.
