The Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane is perfectly located—just a 5- to 6-minute walk from the bridge connecting to South Bank Parklands, making it super convenient for exploring the city and hopping on the train. The room location was a bit underwhelming though; the window faced a neighboring building’s side wall with zero views. Still, the breakfast was fantastic—wide variety, and they even made special meals for my kids, including scrambled eggs and egg rolls. It’s not just about the location or the food, but the overall experience that makes me want to recommend this hotel to friends.

Staying at The Manor Apartment Hotel in Brisbane was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the train station, with Woolworths just 30 seconds away and Queen Street only steps from the front door. I stayed in Room 10 on the ground floor, which was spacious and well-equipped. It had a full kitchen setup, complete with dishes, cookware, a washing machine, and dryer—perfect for my eight-day trip. Having laundry facilities right in the room made life so much easier. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, from front desk to breakfast service and housekeeping. While some of the furnishings showed signs of age, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. One minor downside was that Room 10 didn’t get much natural light—facing a postal building—and the windows couldn’t be opened. That said, rooms on higher floors seem to have better views and more sunlight. All in all, this was a highly satisfying stay. With its great location, convenience, and value, I’d definitely book here again if I return to Brisbane.
