Staying at Sunrise Diamond Beach Resort - Grand Select in Sharm El Sheikh was an absolute delight. The room was spacious and featured a private pool—perfect for relaxing in privacy. Cleanliness was excellent throughout, with no corners left untouched. The buffet breakfast and dinner were outstanding—plenty of fresh seafood, juicy meats, delicious desserts, and tasty snacks, plus daily menu changes so you never get bored. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, treating everyone with equal warmth and respect. But the real highlight? The breathtaking view of the Red Sea—wide-open waters, pristine white sand, and easy access to the beach. It’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge. I’d absolutely come back again—it’s truly a top-tier getaway.

Special thanks to Mohamed at reception—he went above and beyond to secure an excellent room for my mom. It’s hard to beat this place if you’re staying in Naama Bay. From the location to the service, everything felt perfect. We’ll definitely be coming back again—this is our top choice for any future trips to Sharm El Sheikh.

We stayed at Ghazala Beach Hotel in October and it was an absolutely perfect seaside retreat! Check-in was quick and smooth, with the front desk team being friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful—they even guided us through room options and explained the property amenities. The sea is stunning—crystal clear, warm, and with a gentle sandy entry, making it ideal for kids. The beach itself is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of loungers always available. While the hotel is currently undergoing renovation, everything is managed professionally—no noise or disruptions, just neat and organized work that doesn’t interfere with your relaxation. Dining options are diverse and excellent, especially the breakfast and evening barbecue dinners, which were both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, lush greenery with elegant lighting that creates a magical atmosphere in the evenings. Just a short walk away is Naama Bay—perfect for shopping, dining, and strolling along the promenade. The staff truly care about guest comfort and experience. This is one of those rare places you’ll want to return to again and again. Highly recommended! ❤️

This resort is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—every staff member was warm, welcoming, and always smiling. They even made little jokes that kept our mood light throughout the stay. While the rooms aren’t brand new, they’re cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped for comfort. Fresh bed linens and towels are changed daily, and they even folded them into cute shapes—a sweet personal touch. The Naama Bay area is just a short walk away, making it super convenient to explore local restaurants and shops. Dining was fantastic—plenty of variety and delicious options, with drinks available all day long. The beach is perfect: soft sand, easy access, and plenty of loungers and umbrellas. There’s also a volleyball court for those who want to stay active. I have to give a special shout-out to the Fun Factory team, especially Karim—he brought so much energy, joy, and laughter into every activity. The daily fitness sessions, Zumba classes, evening shows, and kids’ disco were all top-notch. Honestly, this resort delivered more than expected. With such great value for money, amazing hospitality, and unforgettable experiences, I can’t recommend it enough. This is definitely a place I’ll be returning to.

The housekeeping team, chefs, waitstaff, entertainment crew, shop owners within the resort, front desk, and even the guy selling perfumes and body oils by the beach—all of them made us feel welcome and special. A heartfelt thank you to a few amazing individuals who truly stood out: Mina, the owner of the shoe and handbag shop—he’s got the best selection in Sharm, speaks fluent Italian, and is always smiling and ready to help. DAWOUD, our bellboy, had such a big heart; his farewell hug brought tears to my eyes as I left for home. Nabel, Michael, Gennaro, and the whole beach bar crew—your energy and friendship made every evening magical. MIMÌ, the activity coordinator, was vibrant and full of joy. And let’s not forget the beach tattoo artist whose cheerful vibe lit up our days. Finally, Samaya at reception—her excellent Italian skills made communication so easy and personal. While rooms could use a bit more thorough cleaning, the overall experience was exceptional. We left our hearts here, and we’ll definitely be back.

Le Mirage New Tower
This hotel is completely abandoned and in a state of total disrepair. The entire structure has been stripped down—sockets have been pulled out from the walls, marble tiles removed, leaving only bare, damaged walls behind. There are pigeons nesting under the roof, adding to the eerie atmosphere. What's even more disappointing is the area between the hotel and the beach: half-built pools and concrete-filled structures that look like they were never meant to be finished. It’s clear this place has been shut down permanently. There’s nothing left to offer—no amenities, no comfort, not even a sense of being a functioning resort. I can’t believe this property is still listed anywhere. If you're looking for a real getaway, avoid this place at all costs. It’s not just bad—it’s completely unusable.
