The pool area is beautifully landscaped with plenty of loungers and shade, ideal for relaxing under the sun. Everything about this hotel felt thoughtfully designed, and the value for money is outstanding. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.

We stayed at The Grand Hotel Sharm El Sheikh at the end of November 2025 and had an absolutely wonderful time. Upon arrival in the morning, we were warmly greeted by Ahmed at reception, who kindly informed us that check-in would be at 2:00 PM and directed us straight to breakfast. Our room, 472, was located just a short walk from the main building—while not brand new, everything worked perfectly and was clean and comfortable. We only spent nights there, but it was more than enough. The property itself is beautifully landscaped, lush with greenery and well-maintained throughout. The coral reef nearby is stunning, teeming with fish—perfect for snorkeling. Dining was one of the highlights: the food was delicious, varied, and plentiful. We enjoyed sushi, prawns, beef, chicken, fresh fish, chocolate fountains, cakes, pastries—you name it, they had it. Staff were attentive and efficient, always quick to refill water or tidy up. The bar team—Mustafa, Ali, Ayma, Mohammed—were incredibly friendly and creative with cocktails, served with bottled beer and packaged juices. The beach staff were equally welcoming, especially bartender Nicolas, who made every visit a pleasure. Daily entertainment was lively and engaging—yoga sessions, dance classes, games, contests, and fun group activities led by energetic team members like Shiko, Alisa, Polina, and others. In the evenings, the rooftop hosted guest performers followed by a DJ party that ran until midnight. The only minor issue was room cleaning—we left tips, but towels weren’t changed, and the housekeeper only topped up water and adjusted the bedding. Despite that small oversight, our overall experience was outstanding. My husband and I loved every moment and are already planning to return next year. Highly recommend this hotel—wishing it continued success and growth!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The variety of food options was outstanding—mangoes were available almost every day, and the fruit selection overall was fresh and plentiful. You’ll definitely never go hungry here. There’s a friendly black cat living near the beach who loves to be fed and will come running if you have treats—super sweet and affectionate. Also, near the Italian restaurant, there’s a little kitten that’s always waiting for someone to care for it—highly recommend bringing some food if you’re visiting, as this little one really appreciates it. The entertainment team puts in great effort—really impressive and fun! While the hotel shuttle is pricey, we found it much cheaper to use a ride-hailing app or just hail a taxi on the main road. Room cleaning was excellent, and each day we’d find a little surprise made from the towels—so thoughtful and delightful! The front desk staff are super welcoming—bringing a bar of Alenka chocolate or a pen goes a long way! The sea is stunning—snorkeling with masks was an absolute highlight, and both beach entry and pontoon access make it easy to enjoy. Pro tip: bring your own thermal travel mug—it keeps drinks cold and holds a good amount. Hotel-provided plastic cups are small, and getting a glass requires asking nicely (and even then, not guaranteed). There’s also a convenient currency exchange kiosk in the lobby—you can swap money in seconds. We bought a local SIM card at the airport, but the hotel’s Wi-Fi is spotty, especially during peak times. Still, despite that, the experience was fantastic. We’re already planning to return!
