I stayed in room 8267, which was spotless and well-maintained, with daily cleaning that left every corner sparkling. The staff, especially Mustafa and the manager, went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service—always smiling, always helpful. There’s a great bar, a dedicated kids’ area, and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Everything about this hotel feels thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet vibrant getaway with excellent value, this is it. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back!

The service was exceptional—no request went unattended, making it a truly relaxing getaway without the crowds or rush. The golf cart made getting around the resort effortless and convenient. Dining was outstanding, with delicious food and excellent variety. The beds were incredibly comfortable, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. A major plus: free shuttle service to other Rixos hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, including Ricos Premium Seagate, which made exploring nearby options easy. The hotel also arranged a private driver, adding extra convenience. Having stayed at several Rixos properties before, this one stood out as the best in terms of service. Special thanks go to Mr. Hanna Adxl, Mehmet Bülbül, Chef Mehmet, Ekrem, and the front desk team—especially the night-shift staff who were always present and welcoming. Their dedication made our stay unforgettable.

We stayed here at the end of November and were truly blown away by the resort’s beauty and attention to detail—everything was spotless and thoughtfully maintained. The food was outstanding, especially thanks to our Italian head chef Simone, whose culinary creativity made every meal a highlight. Unfortunately, the pools weren’t heated yet, so we couldn’t take a dip—but the sea was absolutely stunning, and the coral reef was nothing short of magical. Our hearts are full of gratitude for the entire team: so warm, professional, and always smiling. And the entertainment? Absolutely top-notch! Olindo, Ale, Nico, and Dario stole our hearts with their energy and humor—so many laughs and unforgettable moments. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts—you’ve made this trip one we’ll never forget!
