Despite arriving early, the front desk staff had already prepared my room and even offered a thoughtful breakfast grab-and-go when I checked out late at 2 AM—so kind and professional. The food was absolutely outstanding across the board. Breakfast featured fresh tomatoes, olives, perfectly cooked eggs, and regular fries—simple but delicious. Lunch and dinner were equally impressive: the pasta was rich and flavorful, the grilled meatballs and roasted chicken were juicy and well-seasoned. There were occasional herbs I didn’t care for, but overall, the meals were consistently great. Daily Turkish-style dishes like the goat cheese salad were always available and a highlight. The pool area is well-maintained, but the real gem is the private beach—far better than any other nearby spot. Even the beachside café’s stretch of sand felt luxurious. What really stood out? Everything's free: drinks, cocktails, sodas (Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite)—no extra charges anywhere. It’s an unbeatable value for such a high-quality experience. I felt completely relaxed and pampered throughout my stay. Would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and a peaceful escape without breaking the bank.

Unfortunately, the pools weren’t heated yet, so we couldn’t take a dip—but the sea was absolutely stunning, and the coral reef was nothing short of magical. Our hearts are full of gratitude for the entire team: so warm, professional, and always smiling. And the entertainment? Absolutely top-notch! Olindo, Ale, Nico, and Dario stole our hearts with their energy and humor—so many laughs and unforgettable moments. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts—you’ve made this trip one we’ll never forget!

Also, outside food and drinks aren’t allowed inside, which means you’ll need to purchase them at the hotel, where prices are on the higher side. Still, considering the serene setting, excellent service, and unique experience, it’s definitely one of the best spots in Sharm El Sheikh. A small trade-off for such a memorable stay.

We arrived early around 8 AM but couldn’t check in until 2 PM—our room included breakfast, but since we had an early flight the next day, we asked if we could have breakfast earlier. Unfortunately not allowed, but they did offer a packed breakfast for the morning, which was a nice gesture. For travelers on a tight schedule like us, I’d recommend buying a meal voucher upon arrival (around $15 per person) to save time. Then head straight to the beach: you can book a private boat for snorkeling (~$40 including food), return by 4–5 PM, and still make it to the cliff bar without missing a beat. If you prefer not to book a full boat, diving is available for $25 per person, with photos and videos extra ($25). Airport transfers are handled by a third-party company right inside the lobby—the kind-hearted staff member there is very professional and transparent about pricing based on group size and luggage. I made a small mistake: I forgot my pre-booked package already included pickup/drop-off service. After several rounds of hand gestures and basic English, I finally booked the transfer. Only after returning to our room did I realize the error. I was worried about canceling, but when I explained it to the staff member, he processed a full refund instantly, smiled, and said, "It’s my pleasure!" That level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated. Overall, the resort has a warm, welcoming vibe, excellent service, and great value—especially for short stays.
