I especially appreciated Risma at the front desk, who made an effort to communicate in Chinese despite not being fluent—her warmth and friendliness really stood out. The cleanliness throughout the property was impressive, and the dining options were both diverse and delicious. On checkout, another friendly staff member, Aswasha (possibly spelled incorrectly), gave us a warm farewell with a smile. Every interaction felt genuine and personal. This place isn’t just a hotel—it’s a full experience. 10/10 without hesitation, and I’d definitely return.

They accommodated our room preference perfectly, and for our honeymoon, they surprised us with a swan-shaped heart display and a delicious cake—truly unforgettable! 🥹 The breakfast buffet was my favorite part—so many delicious options I couldn’t even try them all. I especially loved the steamed dumplings, muesli, fresh pastries, and the cheese selection. The weather was perfect, so we enjoyed some fun water activities right by the beach. We also took a short walk to a nearby restaurant to catch an amazing fire dance performance—such a memorable evening. Everything about this stay exceeded expectations.
