The location couldn't be better—just a short walk from the beach and right in the heart of Nice. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board, which made packing and unpacking a breeze. I especially loved the rooftop solarium on the 8th floor—perfect for relaxing with a drink while soaking in the Mediterranean sun. There's also a laundry room, which is super convenient for longer stays. Everything about this stay was top-notch, from the cleanliness to the friendly staff. Highly recommend this property if you're looking for comfort and convenience in a prime spot.

A huge thanks to Tatiana at the front desk for her exceptional hospitality and helpfulness throughout our stay. She made everything so smooth and welcoming. The apartment-style rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it feel like home. With such excellent service and unbeatable value, I’d definitely recommend this property and plan to return.

Anis Hotel is located in a fantastic spot in Nice, making it super convenient for exploring the city on foot or via public transit. The hotel used to be a charming little place with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and even offered private parking—perfect for travelers driving their own cars. The staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel at home. That said, the rooms showed signs of aging, which likely explains why the renovation has been ongoing for over two years now. While we understand renovations take time, the extended closure feels a bit disappointing. Still, the hotel’s location and potential are undeniable. It’s definitely worth keeping an eye on—hopefully they’ll reopen soon with a refreshed look and renewed energy. For those who appreciate a cozy, well-located stay, this one could be a hidden gem once back in action.

The owner greeted us with genuine kindness, and our ground-floor room was cozy, clean, and full of character. What really sets this place apart is its unbeatable location—right behind the hotel is a direct tram line that whisk you into the city center in minutes, and it even connects to the airport without any transfers. It’s rare to find such convenience combined with such a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for travelers who value comfort, location, and authentic hospitality.

I booked this hotel in Nice for five nights from September 3 to 8, 2025, based on the positive reviews I saw online and paid 100% upfront through the platform. But when I arrived, it was a complete disaster. The room was filthy—dirty bathroom fixtures, stained bedding, towels with unknown hair clumps, and on the second night, I was bitten by bed bugs. I reported everything to the owner, who responded with extreme aggression and personal insults, yelling that I was Russian and all Russians are disgusting, while claiming his room was spotless. He refused to refund my money, shouting that if I didn’t like it, I could leave anytime. I ended up checking out early, booking another place nearby, but never received any refund. This was one of the worst travel experiences of my life—completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and utterly unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall, the value for money was excellent, and I’d definitely recommend this Campanile for travelers looking for a reliable, hassle-free base near the airport.
