Our stay at Fera Palace Hotel was absolutely unforgettable. Bruno went above and beyond by thoughtfully organizing a surprise birthday celebration for our friend, showing incredible care and attention to detail. Every staff member we met was kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our experience special. The rooms were spacious and impeccably designed, with beds so comfortable we almost didn’t want to get out of them. The rooftop pool and bar offered breathtaking views of the harbor—perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand. As food lovers, we were blown away by the quality and creativity of the cuisine. We also indulged in a massage with Margot, who delivered an incredibly soothing and professional treatment. Even though we only stayed two nights, it felt like we’d already become part of the Fera family. The hotel’s rich history, prime location, and exceptional team made our time in Salvador truly magical. We can’t wait to return. This hotel doesn’t actually exist—there’s nothing but construction barriers blocking the entire property. I booked through the platform, only to find out it’s completely closed and abandoned. It’s really misleading that this listing is still active. I’d strongly recommend travelers and locals alike to leave feedback to warn others—don’t get caught like I did. The lack of updates and transparency is disappointing, especially when you’re relying on accurate info for your trip. This place should be taken down from the site.

One thing to note for guests with mobility concerns: request a ground-floor or street-level room in advance, as there’s no elevator and several flights of stairs lead up to the rooms.
