I always choose this hotel whenever I visit São Paulo—it’s become my go-to spot for comfort and convenience. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro and downtown attractions. While the decor is simple, everything feels clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast is a highlight—fresh, varied, and delicious, giving me a great start to the day. The staff are genuinely warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. It’s not flashy, but it delivers on all the essentials with a personal touch. The location is absolutely perfect—just a 3-minute walk to República Metro station, with small grocery stores nearby and easy access to Avenida Paulista via Uber. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable home away from home. One minor issue I noticed: if you leave trash near the sink area, occasional cockroaches would appear, even though the overall space was kept very clean. I’m not sure where they’re coming from, but it’s definitely not due to the host—the cleanliness standards are high. Kitchen essentials are available, but having a pressure cooker would be a nice upgrade, especially for someone like me who just can’t live without a good pot of beans (I’m from Rio!). That said, it’s more of a personal preference. A quick note to fellow guests: please respect the space—wash dishes after use and avoid leaving burnt pots behind. The host’s service is outstanding—prompt responses at any time, always helpful and professional. Everything promised in the listing is delivered, including laundry services, which are reasonably priced and not excessive. Overall, my stay was fantastic. Kudos to the whole team—great experience!
