The service team deserves a perfect score—especially Paul, the bellboy, and Winny from the lobby (I was in a rush catching a taxi, so I didn’t get to catch her name properly). For our anniversary, they arranged a thoughtful surprise: a custom cake, fresh fruit, and a handwritten note. Despite multiple changes to our schedule due to sightseeing, they still delivered everything perfectly on time to our room—truly memorable. The Versace bedding was an absolute revelation; I actually considered taking it home after just one night. The grand lobby is pure opulence—everywhere you look, there’s intricate Baroque detailing, golden embellishments, floral motifs, and signature Versace touches on pillows, decor, even bathrobes. It’s like stepping into a luxury fashion museum. The only minor flaw? The bathtub water pressure could be stronger, but otherwise, the visual experience is unmatched. The hotel bar is legendary—the whole space is infused with Medusa themes, from furniture to tableware. We had brunch with some extra items, and ended up spending over three hours eating, drinking, and snapping photos. There were so many stylish guests around—real-life celebrities! Anyone saying it’s not good probably just doesn’t know what great food tastes like. This was hands down the best meal I’ve had in Macau. And yes, I couldn’t resist picking up several souvenirs and chocolate jars before leaving—bought way more than planned, but totally worth it!

I was a bit disappointed not getting upgraded to the Eiffel Tower view room, but I was pleasantly surprised with a high-floor room (Room 073) that offered a stunning sunrise view each morning—truly magical. On the ground floor, there are plenty of dining options ranging from local favorites to international cuisine—great variety and convenience. Right outside the hotel is a major bus stop with multiple routes, making it super easy to get around Macau. Plus, being just steps away from Parisian-themed City, you can easily walk over to see the iconic Eiffel Tower replica at night—beautiful lighting and atmosphere. Everything about this place felt well thought out, from the service to the location. Highly recommend for both leisure and business travelers. Would definitely return.

But the real surprise? The L’Occitane bath products. After using them, my skin felt incredibly smooth and supple — something I’ve never experienced before, even with my usual high-end skincare routine. Honestly, every penny was worth it. I’ve spent hundreds monthly on beauty products, but this brand truly stood out. I’m already planning to switch! The hotel also features a Pop Mart store — yes, even someone like me who’s sworn off collectibles couldn’t resist picking up a few. And the dining options? Affordable and kid-friendly — my daughter loved every bite. In the late afternoon, we tried the zip-line experience for around $400, which was great value. Plus, adding just $9.9 got us professional photos — and wow, the edits were stunning! Later that night, a small scare: my daughter accidentally locked herself in the room, and no matter how many times I called, there was no answer. Panic set in. I rushed to find staff — and thank goodness for the amazing support from a female employee named Nicole. She responded instantly, stayed calm, empathetic, and coordinated with security right away. Her kindness completely calmed me down. Once we got back in, I had to gently remind my daughter of what happened — she’d been so relaxed, probably thanks to the calming herbal bath blend in the room. That’s why I slept so deeply the whole night — one of the best sleeps I’ve had in years, even compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in across Macau. I usually don’t write reviews, but this time, I had to. Oh, and did I mention the retail space downstairs? It’s like a mini duty-free shop — full of luxury brands, skincare, perfumes, and major discounts. I grabbed a half-price Armani compact powder, and it fits my skin perfectly. Already planning a return visit next week. If you’re looking for a peaceful, pampering stay with a touch of magic, this is your spot. Highly recommended 🫶🏻

You can also catch the shuttle bus to The Grand Lisboeta, with a short 5-minute walk from the stop. Perfect for families or anyone who loves a playful vibe. The entire hotel is filled with adorable LINE FRIENDS décor—every corner is thoughtfully designed and bursting with charm. Kids will absolutely love it. Right below the hotel is a lively shopping mall where breakfast is served in a themed LINE FRIENDS restaurant. While there are only four breakfast options, each one is delicious and well-prepared. Don’t miss the egg tarts at Rongji Teahouse—pairing a bite of Portuguese tart with a bite of egg tart is such a satisfying combo. For transportation, while the hotel’s shuttle service is limited, the nearby bus stop right outside the door is super handy. Alternatively, a quick 7-8 minute walk takes you to the East Asian Games Light Rail station, making travel across Macau efficient and stress-free. Overall, this stay offered unbeatable value, comfort, and fun—definitely a top pick for future visits.

Staying at Pousada de Coloane Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Macau. Located in a quiet, slightly off-the-beaten-path area near the sea, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the bustling city center—perfect for unwinding. The sea breeze and calm atmosphere make walking along the waterfront a daily pleasure. Even though it’s not right in the heart of Macau, getting around is surprisingly easy: just a short walk from the back entrance leads directly to a bus stop. We took local buses into the city for just 6 HKD per trip—affordable, frequent, and convenient. On days when we had too many shopping bags, we’d drop them back at the hotel before heading out for dinner. The room itself was lovely, with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Sipping coffee while watching the waves roll in was pure bliss. The on-site pool was a nice touch, and the Portuguese restaurant served an exceptional dinner—we especially loved the Portuguese shrimp, which was flavorful, well-prepared, and served with great attention. Breakfast was also abundant and delicious. Everything about this stay—from the service to the ambiance—was top-notch. If we ever return to Macau, this will be our first choice again.

The room itself is surprisingly spacious and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything you’d need is available—clean, well-maintained facilities with excellent hygiene standards. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially one lady who went above and beyond by upgrading me to a small suite at no extra cost. That little surprise made the whole experience feel special. If you’re visiting Macau, especially for events or just looking for a great base, this place delivers on every level—great value, great location, and genuine hospitality.

You can easily spend days exploring without ever leaving the premises. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning—especially at sunset when the golden light bathes everything in soft glow. Lying on a lounge chair while watching the sun dip behind the Macau Tower? Pure magic. Our fireworks view twin room was perfect—the huge floor-to-ceiling window offered uninterrupted views of the iconic Macau Tower. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a luxurious bathtub for soaking after a long day. It’s rare to find such a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and beauty in one place. If you’re planning a trip to Macao, this hotel is a must-stay.
