Our four-night stay was elevated by a complimentary upgrade to a Grand Royal Suite—what a treat! From the moment we arrived, Kelly from the concierge team welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. She walked us through the entire property, explained the layout of the casino and shopping areas, and even went over all the features in the room with great attention to detail. On our first evening, the hotel surprised us with a beautifully decorated birthday cake for our child—it looked stunning and tasted amazing. The whole experience felt so special and gave our little one real joy. On our last day, a staff member called to check if we were satisfied with our stay and wished us well—such a thoughtful gesture. When checking out, they didn’t just hand back our luggage—they actually pushed our bags all the way to the shuttle bus waiting area, no hassle at all. We were so touched we forgot to ask their name! Overall, the hotel is perfectly located, offering easy access to dining, shopping, entertainment, and transportation. But what truly stood out was the genuine care and personal touch from every team member. It’s not just a luxury stay—it feels like being part of a welcoming family. We’ll definitely be returning here for future trips to Macao. Highly recommend this place for families looking for comfort, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality.
Pousada de Coloane Boutique Hotel
Staying at Pousada de Coloane Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Macau. Located in a quiet, slightly off-the-beaten-path area near the sea, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the bustling city center—perfect for unwinding. The sea breeze and calm atmosphere make walking along the waterfront a daily pleasure. Even though it’s not right in the heart of Macau, getting around is surprisingly easy: just a short walk from the back entrance leads directly to a bus stop. We took local buses into the city for just 6 HKD per trip—affordable, frequent, and convenient. On days when we had too many shopping bags, we’d drop them back at the hotel before heading out for dinner. The room itself was lovely, with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Sipping coffee while watching the waves roll in was pure bliss. The on-site pool was a nice touch, and the Portuguese restaurant served an exceptional dinner—we especially loved the Portuguese shrimp, which was flavorful, well-prepared, and served with great attention. Breakfast was also abundant and delicious. Everything about this stay—from the service to the ambiance—was top-notch. If we ever return to Macau, this will be our first choice again.
Marina Phantom Apartment Hotel
Staying here for a concert was absolutely the right choice! The hotel is super convenient—just a 20-minute walk to The Venetian, with The Galaxy directly across the street. It’s also within a similar walking distance to Lord Stow Street, so dining, shopping, and exploring are all super easy. The room itself is surprisingly spacious and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything you’d need is available—clean, well-maintained facilities with excellent hygiene standards. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially one lady who went above and beyond by upgrading me to a small suite at no extra cost. That little surprise made the whole experience feel special. If you’re visiting Macau, especially for events or just looking for a great base, this place delivers on every level—great value, great location, and genuine hospitality.
New Orient Landmark Hotel
Staying at New Orient Landmark Hotel in Macau was an absolute breeze from start to finish. Right after crossing the border, a dedicated hotel shuttle picked us up—no stress, no confusion. The same convenient service was available on departure, making the whole experience seamless. The hotel is perfectly located with countless dining options just steps away, from local street food to upscale restaurants. It’s ideal for both short stays and longer visits, especially during New Year’s Eve when the atmosphere is lively and safe. I was also impressed by the direct shuttle to Galaxy Resort—no need to cross borders, which made our trip even more hassle-free. Clean rooms, excellent service, and great value for a five-star property. This place truly delivers on every level.

We came to Macao with my sisters and had an amazing time! The YOHO Treasure Island Hotel was such a pleasant surprise—right in the heart of the action, just steps from a bus stop that connects directly to major attractions. This place truly offers everything you could want in one spot: dining, shopping, entertainment—all under one roof. The ground floor houses the YOHO Mall, where you’ll find luxury brands like Galeries Lafayette, Pop Mart, Qiaojiangnan, Bona Cinema, Jiu Dai Noodle House, Haiyin Ha Ji, Fish One, and more. You can easily spend days exploring without ever leaving the premises. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning—especially at sunset when the golden light bathes everything in soft glow. Lying on a lounge chair while watching the sun dip behind the Macau Tower? Pure magic. Our fireworks view twin room was perfect—the huge floor-to-ceiling window offered uninterrupted views of the iconic Macau Tower. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a luxurious bathtub for soaking after a long day. It’s rare to find such a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and beauty in one place. If you’re planning a trip to Macao, this hotel is a must-stay. It genuinely elevates your vacation experience and makes every moment feel special.

This was my third stay at W Macau, and I’m still completely impressed. The location is unbeatable—super convenient for getting around Studio City and nearby attractions. The hotel feels brand new, with sleek design and top-notch amenities. The TV screen is absolutely stunning—crisp, ultra-high definition, perfect for movie nights. The only minor downside? The curtains aren’t motorized, but it’s a small trade-off for such a fantastic experience. I was able to check in early, which was a nice surprise. I also managed to add on a buffet dinner for two—just HK$1,600 for the room and meals. That’s incredible value! The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they even assisted with booking the dinner without any hassle. There’s also a fast checkout box, so you can leave without waiting in line. The buffet itself was outstanding: huge variety of dishes, a live cooking station with hot pot options, and unlimited drinks. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. I left feeling full and happy. I’ll definitely be back—and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for luxury, convenience, and great value.

The executive lounge benefits were top-notch—breakfast was simple yet satisfying, and afternoon tea featured an impressive selection of pastries and beverages. Compared to other nearby hotels like Galaxy Macau, this property feels more refined and less crowded, even though it’s quieter than some others. The quality of service, ambiance, and overall experience truly sets it apart. If you're looking for a high-end, family-friendly stay with thoughtful touches and a calm atmosphere, this is absolutely worth every penny.
