We celebrated our anniversary at Grand Lisboa Palace Macau this year, after staying at another property last year—truly glad we made the switch! The room was spacious and well-designed, offering a comfortable and luxurious feel. Staff service stood out for being attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful—every interaction felt personal and warm. The value for money was excellent, making the whole stay even more satisfying. Breakfast and dinner were both enjoyed at the hotel’s buffet restaurant, which offered an impressive variety of dishes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. What I loved most was the rotating hot dishes served every 30 minutes—always something new and delicious. One small downside: limited beverage options, especially since the price point was quite high; it would’ve been nice to have complimentary drinks included. Still, that didn’t take away from the overall experience. As part of the anniversary celebration, the hotel and restaurant surprised us with a lovely birthday cake—such a sweet touch! A special thanks to Christina Lu at the front desk, Yan Dandan from the concierge team, and the buffet manager for their exceptional hospitality. This was more than just a stay—it felt like a memorable celebration. Definitely coming back!

The service team deserves a perfect score—especially Paul, the bellboy, and Winny from the lobby (I was in a rush catching a taxi, so I didn’t get to catch her name properly). For our anniversary, they arranged a thoughtful surprise: a custom cake, fresh fruit, and a handwritten note. Despite multiple changes to our schedule due to sightseeing, they still delivered everything perfectly on time to our room—truly memorable. The Versace bedding was an absolute revelation; I actually considered taking it home after just one night. The grand lobby is pure opulence—everywhere you look, there’s intricate Baroque detailing, golden embellishments, floral motifs, and signature Versace touches on pillows, decor, even bathrobes. It’s like stepping into a luxury fashion museum. The only minor flaw? The bathtub water pressure could be stronger, but otherwise, the visual experience is unmatched. The hotel bar is legendary—the whole space is infused with Medusa themes, from furniture to tableware. We had brunch with some extra items, and ended up spending over three hours eating, drinking, and snapping photos. There were so many stylish guests around—real-life celebrities! Anyone saying it’s not good probably just doesn’t know what great food tastes like. This was hands down the best meal I’ve had in Macau. And yes, I couldn’t resist picking up several souvenirs and chocolate jars before leaving—bought way more than planned, but totally worth it!

Staying at Pousada de Coloane Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Macau. Located in a quiet, slightly off-the-beaten-path area near the sea, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the bustling city center—perfect for unwinding. The sea breeze and calm atmosphere make walking along the waterfront a daily pleasure. Even though it’s not right in the heart of Macau, getting around is surprisingly easy: just a short walk from the back entrance leads directly to a bus stop. We took local buses into the city for just 6 HKD per trip—affordable, frequent, and convenient. On days when we had too many shopping bags, we’d drop them back at the hotel before heading out for dinner. The room itself was lovely, with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Sipping coffee while watching the waves roll in was pure bliss. The on-site pool was a nice touch, and the Portuguese restaurant served an exceptional dinner—we especially loved the Portuguese shrimp, which was flavorful, well-prepared, and served with great attention. Breakfast was also abundant and delicious. Everything about this stay—from the service to the ambiance—was top-notch. If we ever return to Macau, this will be our first choice again.

Staying here for a concert was absolutely the right choice! The hotel is super convenient—just a 20-minute walk to The Venetian, with The Galaxy directly across the street. It’s also within a similar walking distance to Lord Stow Street, so dining, shopping, and exploring are all super easy. The room itself is surprisingly spacious and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything you’d need is available—clean, well-maintained facilities with excellent hygiene standards. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially one lady who went above and beyond by upgrading me to a small suite at no extra cost. That little surprise made the whole experience feel special. If you’re visiting Macau, especially for events or just looking for a great base, this place delivers on every level—great value, great location, and genuine hospitality.

It’s ideal for both short stays and longer visits, especially during New Year’s Eve when the atmosphere is lively and safe. I was also impressed by the direct shuttle to Galaxy Resort—no need to cross borders, which made our trip even more hassle-free. Clean rooms, excellent service, and great value for a five-star property. This place truly delivers on every level.

You can easily spend days exploring without ever leaving the premises. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning—especially at sunset when the golden light bathes everything in soft glow. Lying on a lounge chair while watching the sun dip behind the Macau Tower? Pure magic. Our fireworks view twin room was perfect—the huge floor-to-ceiling window offered uninterrupted views of the iconic Macau Tower. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a luxurious bathtub for soaking after a long day. It’s rare to find such a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and beauty in one place. If you’re planning a trip to Macao, this hotel is a must-stay.
