The apartment itself is great, but the support promised by the platform was completely nonexistent. I returned to the unit around 8 PM, only to find the door lock jammed—trapped outside with nothing but the clothes on my back. I stayed stranded for over 17 hours, until noon the next day, with no help or communication in between. Not only did I miss an entire workday, but I also had no access to my belongings and felt truly 'homeless' during that time. The staff finally showed up at 8 AM, but it wasn’t until 1 PM that they managed to open the door. This lack of urgency and basic assistance is unacceptable, especially from a service that claims to offer 24/7 support. It’s hard to recommend this place when such a critical situation was handled so poorly.

The location is decent, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The windows in the room don’t open at all, and the air conditioning unit is dirty, clogged, and barely works. Poor service, lack of on-site assistance, and a noticeable lack of maintenance. Honestly, this was one of the worst stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
