Staying at this hotel was a real highlight of my trip to Philadelphia! The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Rittenhouse Square and all the local charm. While I have to be honest—the wine at the Art Bar wasn’t my favorite (I’ll just say it’s not for me), it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else—from the comfort of the bed to the thoughtful amenities—was top-notch. If you're looking for a stylish, welcoming stay in the heart of Philly, this place definitely delivers.

Staying at The Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is perfect—just steps away from Rittenhouse Square and all the city's best attractions. Everyone on staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and throughout our stay feel seamless. I especially appreciated the valet parking service; it was so convenient and well-managed, giving me peace of mind knowing my car was in good hands. The attention to detail and warm hospitality truly set this hotel apart. If you're visiting Philadelphia, this is definitely a top choice for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.
Renaissance Properties - 728 Market Street
The experience at this property was extremely disappointing, especially the lack of communication and support from management. I had booked a room at the 728 Market Street location, but just one day before my trip, I received a call informing me that my reservation had been moved to the 15th Street branch due to a toilet malfunction—though I didn’t mind since it was closer to the convention center. Upon arriving in Philadelphia around 7 PM on the 13th, I made it to the 15th Street location by 8 PM only to find that the access code provided by the platform wouldn’t work. I tried calling and texting every available number listed on their website, including the staff member I’d spoken to earlier—no response whatsoever. With a major convention happening that week, every other hotel nearby was fully booked. I personally contacted at least 15 different properties in the area, but none had availability. I ended up spending the entire night outside, unable to secure a place to stay. It wasn’t until 3 AM the next morning that I finally received a new code via text message. I returned to the building at 5:30 AM, only to discover that the new code still didn’t work. After another delay, I was given a third code—which finally worked. The entire situation was completely unacceptable. There was no real emergency contact line, and there was zero assistance when I needed it most. How difficult is it to manage access codes for different doors? This kind of basic operational failure reflects poorly on the entire brand. I can’t believe guests are left stranded like this with no support.

My stay at Sosuite at Independence Lofts - Callowhill was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect—just a short walk from downtown Philly, with plenty of great restaurants, shops, and local vibes nearby. The loft itself is stylish, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern touches throughout. I loved the comfortable bed and quiet ambiance, making it easy to relax after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist without being intrusive. It’s rare to find such a well-balanced mix of comfort, convenience, and character in a rental space. I’d 100% recommend this place to friends and family, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great stay overall! The hotel is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the L train station, making it easy to explore downtown Philadelphia. One thing to note: the L train stops running around midnight, so plan your return accordingly. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities you’d expect. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Loved the vibe—perfect mix of comfort and urban style. Definitely planning to come back on our next trip to Philly.

However, there are several nearby parking options within walking distance, ranging from $40 to $55 per 24 hours, which is reasonable and convenient. Located just steps away from Rittenhouse Square, the property offers unbeatable access to dining, shopping, and public transit. Easy to get around by foot or via subway. Highly recommend for travelers who value location and comfort. Would definitely stay here again.
