I planned to leave on August 14th and return on the 18th, but on the 14th I got a call saying they couldn’t keep my room due to inspections. To this day, my prepaid month’s payment has not been refunded. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing. This place is completely unreliable. If you’re considering booking here, do NOT hand over cash or pay in advance—this experience has taught me a hard lesson. Stay away.

Our hostess, Francesca, was absolutely wonderful—always responsive via WhatsApp and genuinely warm in person. She even let us store our luggage in the property after check-out, which saved us a lot of hassle. This kind of thoughtful hospitality really sets the tone.
