The morning views from the city skyline are stunning, especially when you start your day with a delicious breakfast. The breakfast spread is impressive: fresh fruits are available both pre-cut and whole. I chose the whole kiwi, apples, pears, and oranges, and staff kindly sliced them for me right after I placed them on my tray—such a thoughtful touch. The hotel offers valet parking at €42 per night, which is reasonable considering the central location and high level of service. Every detail feels intentional, from the elegant décor to the attentive staff. This isn’t just a place to sleep—it’s a memorable experience. I’d definitely return and recommend it to any traveler visiting Lyon.

I had my first-ever experience with a croissant sandwiched with strawberry jam and hoisin sauce—unexpected but surprisingly delicious! There was a little mix-up with my tea order: I asked for a cup of black tea, but the server handed me a tea bag instead. By the time I realized it, I’d already opened it—so I ended up drinking it anyway, which made for a funny moment. It didn’t ruin the experience at all—it actually added a touch of charm.
