The only downside is the entry process, which feels overly complicated: one gate, two barriers, and three intercoms to ring before getting in or out. That said, considering Naples’ actual safety level—which is actually better than Milan’s—it seems like the security setup is more about procedure than necessity. It’s also a bit tiring for staff to keep pressing buttons repeatedly just to let vehicles in and out. Still, none of this takes away from the excellent quality of the hotel. The ambiance is peaceful, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is top-notch. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in Naples with great value, this place is definitely worth it.

The owner, Francesco, offered outstanding phone support—prompt, thorough, and genuinely helpful. Plus, the parking is super convenient, located in a secure inner courtyard with doorman service (not included in the rate but worth every penny). This place truly exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Naples.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was beautifully designed, with a great location near Chiaia and Mergellina—quiet and close to the waterfront, just a short metro ride from the city center. However, the overall experience wasn’t as smooth as expected. Upon arrival, we noticed several hairs on the floor, which made us question the cleanliness standards. The window blinds were broken, and there were quite a few mosquitoes, especially in the evening. The breakfast bar offered high-quality products—really good pastries and coffee—but the service was extremely poor. On the second day, we decided to skip it entirely and went to a nearby café instead, paying out of pocket but at least receiving friendly and polite service. While the apartment itself has potential, the lack of attention to detail in cleaning, maintenance, and guest service really dragged down the experience. Would consider staying again if improvements are made, but not without hesitation.

The rooms at 1 Net B&B | Linea1 are clean and brand new, with smooth communication throughout via phone—no face-to-face interaction at all. If you don’t have WhatsApp, it’s going to be tough to stay in touch. Unfortunately, breakfast is practically non-existent: just two snacks and a packet of milk that you need to prepare yourself in a shared kitchen. If you’re expecting a proper breakfast service, this isn’t the place—most hotels will actually prepare it for you. The real issue came with parking: avoid their designated lot located in a private garden just 200 meters away from the property. My car was returned completely covered in pine resin and dented by fallen pinecones from the trees above. I ended up facing unexpected repair costs, multiple washes, and extra fees. These weren’t included in the original plan. Overall, while the room itself is decent, the lack of breakfast and the risky parking situation make this stay less than ideal. Proceed with caution if you're planning to drive.
