This stay turned out to be the highlight of my trip! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional—two guys who went above and beyond. The first one upgraded me to a corner room (probably thanks to my Hilton Diamond status), and the second one even helped us call a taxi. The room had two windows facing the sea, offering stunning views. Even though it’s near the road, the soundproofing is excellent—once the windows are closed, you won’t hear any traffic at all. The only downside? It’s a bit of a walk from the metro station—about 10 minutes—but that’s totally manageable if you’re okay with walking or prefer taking a taxi. Perfect for travelers who value comfort, great service, and a peaceful seaside view. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed, upscale experience in Naples.

The room was absolutely beautiful—spotless and very well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were welcoming and genuinely kind, which added a nice touch to the experience. However, I was surprised by the parking fee: €60 for two nights with a standard three-door car. That’s quite steep, especially considering the price of accommodation. While the room and overall overnight experience were excellent, the parking cost is definitely something that needs reevaluation. It would be great if they could offer more reasonable rates for guests arriving by car. Otherwise, it's a solid choice for travelers who don’t need to drive.

Breakfast was exceptional—fresh, locally sourced, and varied, with delicious pastries and homemade jams that made every morning special. The only minor hiccup was finding the entrance at night since another B&B shares the same building, but once you know the way, it’s no issue. Antonella and Adriana were incredibly warm and welcoming—they went out of their way to make us feel at home. Their local tips and genuine hospitality added so much value to our trip. If you're looking for a serene, authentic Italian experience in Naples, this place is absolutely worth it. A perfect blend of comfort, charm, and heartfelt service.

Staying at Suite Scarlatti was a pleasant experience overall. Though it’s a B&B-style property without breakfast included, the room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated—definitely a standout feature. We never met anyone in person, but communication via WhatsApp was quick, friendly, and very accommodating. Having a coffee machine in the room was a real plus, especially since breakfast wasn’t provided—we could easily grab a fresh cup in the morning before heading out. Right outside the door, there’s an amazing variety of cafés and restaurants to choose from, and nearby shops make for a great little stroll. The queen-sized bed was comfortable, and the bedding quality was good, though the pillows were initially a bit firm. No problem though—they swapped them out promptly when we mentioned it, and the new ones were much better. All rooms are non-smoking and extremely quiet, which is ideal for a good night’s sleep. Being right on the street means some evening noise, but the shutters helped block both sound and light, so we weren’t bothered. A few small things could be improved: the bathroom has limited storage—just a tiny shelf for toiletries—and hot water during showers wasn’t always consistent, though it didn’t ruin the stay. Still, this place offers excellent value and a great location. I’d definitely book again if I’m back in Naples.

Staying at B&B Casamiranapoli in Naples was an absolute delight. Located on the 10th floor of a charming historic building in the Mergellina district, this place offers breathtaking views across the entire Gulf of Naples—perfect for watching the sea, the sunshine, and stunning sunsets. The room was spotless, spacious, bright, and featured a lovely flower-filled terrace that made every morning feel special. Hosts Gina and her son Gabriele were incredibly warm, thoughtful, and welcoming. They gave us excellent local tips on where to eat and how to explore the city like a true insider. Being just steps away from the Caracciolo waterfront meant we could enjoy peaceful evening walks along the seafront daily. The location, hospitality, and views all exceeded our expectations. Naples turned out to be a delightful surprise, and we’re already planning to return. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Anthea BB Napoli for 10 wonderful days, and every moment was truly memorable. The room was spotlessly clean throughout our entire visit, and Ms. Raffaella was incredibly attentive and always ready to help with any request—her warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The little bar downstairs is a real gem for breakfast; fresh coffee, delicious pastries, and a cozy vibe that set the perfect tone for each morning.
